The Hofkamer

No, pets are not permitted inside the monument. Guide dogs, however, are welcome.

Toilets are available on the ground floor in the heritage mansion Den Wolsack, the building through which you reach The Hofkamer, and these are also accessible to wheelchairs.

The Hofkamer is a historic building and has no lift. Only the ground floor and garden are accessible to wheelchairs. A member of staff will be happy to help you if required. Pushchairs are only accessible on the ground floor due to narrow passageways in the building. These can be left in the entrance hall at the start of the visit. The toilets on the ground floor are wheelchair-accessible and a baby-changing mat is provided.

No catering facilities are available at The Hofkamer. On Sundays between April and October, volunteers do serve coffee and tea in the garden for those visiting The Hofkamer. The monument is right in the historic centre of Antwerp. So, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby for a meal and a drink later.
