Room rental
You can rent The Hofkamer and Den Wolsack in the centre of Antwerp for meetings, training, lectures, receptions and parties. By organising your gathering here, you support our restoration of heritage sites in Flanders! For information & reservations: send a mail to dehofkamer@herita.be.
The Hofkamer
When renting the 'The Hofkamer' room complex, you can also use the pavilion at the back of the newly renovated garden. On the ground floor you'll find the Ceremonial Chamber with its impressive painting on the ceiling Gods on Mount Olympus. On the first floor, the exhibition in the Art Chamber is by the sculptor Koen Van den Broek.

- Full day (max. 8 hours): €1,200
- Half day (max. 4 hours): €650
- When renting outside office hours (8am - 6pm) an additional €85/hour is charged.
- If you use the location longer than intended, you pay €150/overtime.

We had a perfect day at De Hofkamer. We had our meeting in an amazing room, that created the perfect atmosphere for presenting our new launches. Then, for lunch, the catering was delicious & refined. Many thanks for all the organisation and your help in this event!

Other locations can often feel cold and awkward, and the wonderful welcome and beautiful setting here set the scene for the whole day. During the reception it was possible to follow the audio guide, which was a lovely bonus.
Den Wolsack
When you rent the 'Den Wolsack' room complex, you can use the meeting room and cosy coffee corner on the ground floor of the neo-classical mansion Den Wolsack. These chambers in Herita's head office are ideally suited to meetings, family parties and receptions.
Capacity
- Meeting: 10 to 15 people
- Class: 20 people
- Theatre: 35 people
- Reception: 40 people
In the first three configurations, we count the capacity of the meeting room, excluding the coffee corner (which you can use as a break-out room). For the reception configuration, we count the capacity of both rooms together.
